About

Ba(Hons) Photography, Manchester School of Art.

Originally from Birmingham, now living in Manchester.

My time is divided between personal projects and commissions. My personal work stems from research led projects which tend to be documentary and portraiture. As my practice evolves I have developed an increasing interest in other peoples habits, thoughts and individuality. I aim to use my photography to explore my observations in a creative way. I often still shoot with analogue cameras; for me this creates more intimacy throughout the process which I feel is important as much more time, care and thought is involved from start to finish.

While analogue is my preferred tool I also shoot extensively with digital.

Please contact me about commissions or for further information.
